We offer worldwide shipping for our products. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout unless there is a free shipping promotion. For both European and International shipping please allow 1 weekday for processing before shipping.

Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once the package has been delivered to the address provided we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Also please provide the correct and full address for the the shipping, so your order can reach the location and not be returned to us, as in this case the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to re-ship the order. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applicable upon delivery.
We can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Return Policy
We offer return for unworn and unused products with tags attached within 14 days of receipt of shipment with the exception of items listed as final sale. Items must be returned in all original packaging, including tags and must have no signs of wear. You will be issued a full refund for the item less the original shipping cost.
If you wish to return an item please follow the instructions below:
-Email us at shop@smogg.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return and we will book a courier to collect the product(s) in all original packaging on an agreed date.
-Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email that your return is being processed and whether or not it is accepted or rejected (subject to the condition of the product(s)). If your return is accepted we will issue a refund towards the credit/debit card that was used at the time of purchase. The refund will not include the original shipping cost.
-The cost of return shipping will be free to the customer.
-We are not responsible for any return or exchange shipping issues.

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for unworn and unused products with tags attached within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Items must be returned in all original packaging, including tags and must have no signs of wear.

-Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email that your exchange is being processed and whether or not it is accepted or rejected (subject to the condition of the product(s)). If your exchange is accepted we will notify you via e-mail and send you a confirmation of the exchange shipment.
-The cost of shipping when returning the product will be free to the customer.
-The shipping on the new product is also free to the customer.
-We are not responsible for any return or exchange shipping issues.
